Terms of service — LoveLink

1. The service

LoveLink carries letters between two people and delivers them on the full moon. It is provided by Aerial Giant Inc., free of charge, with no premium tier and nothing withheld behind a payment.

2. Your handle and your password

Your handle is your address and it is public. Claim one handle per person; an account may hold one at a time.

Your password both signs you in and encrypts your letters. We hold no key and cannot reset it. If you lose your password and your recovery code, your letters are unrecoverable. This is a term of the service, not a support limitation, and by using LoveLink you accept it.

You are responsible for keeping your password and recovery code safe, and for what is written from your account.

3. How correspondence works

One letter each way per full moon. A letter handed in before a full moon is delivered on it.
A reply must be written before the following full moon. If it is not, the correspondence closes automatically and both handles open again.
A handle takes one correspondent at a time. While a correspondence is open, letters from anyone else are refused.
You may end a correspondence at any time, without the other person's agreement.
Letters already in transit when a correspondence closes are not recalled and may still be delivered.

4. Age

You must be 18 or over to use LoveLink.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use LoveLink to harass, threaten, defraud or deceive anyone.
Do not write to someone who has asked you to stop.
Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or to open a mailbox that is not yours.
Do not use the service where doing so would break the law that applies to you.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks this section. Because we cannot read letters, such action is taken on the basis of the correspondence record and complaints, not on the contents of what was written.

6. Availability

LoveLink is offered as it is. We aim to keep the depot running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. The moon is not a service we control: if a delivery is delayed by a fault, it is delivered on the next full moon, and no correspondence is counted as missed because of our failure — the deadline moves with the delivery.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Aerial Giant Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of LoveLink, including lost letters where a password or recovery code has been lost. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Trademarks

LoveLink™ is a trademark of Aerial Giant Inc. LunaStamp Logistics is the in-app mail service of LoveLink and a service mark of Aerial Giant Inc.

9. Changes

These terms may change; the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use LoveLink after a change means you accept it.
